Vaccinate your USB pendrive, so that shortcut virus can't infect it.

> Choose a best antivirus i.e. K7 total security.
> Now go to tools.
> Select more.
> Now, first option that is "Vaccinate USB. Click on it
> Select your drive letter. For ex- H:/
> And click on 'Vaccinate'.
